If we find the smell of smoke, burns or otherwise you will be charged upward of 250EUR. - No parties or loud music, If the neighbors are disturbed or the police are called due to noise or ill behavior you will be removed immediately from the property without refund. - Do not leave the key inside the lock when leaving the apartment, you will be unable to regain entry and we will need to call a locksmith at your expense. - Failure to check out on time without prior agreement, 50 EUR per hour overstay. - Unreturned keys will be charged for 180 EUR. - Forgotton keys, if we have to come out in an emergency you will be charged 50 EUR. If locks need to be chnaged or a lock smith called, you will be charged upward of 200 EUR. - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment, If it is found that extra people are staying without prior permission, the security deposit will not be refunded and you risk having your reservation canceled. - Do not remove or take to the beach, the white towels from the apartment but ask us about renting beach towels. - Please dispose of rubbish daily & on check out in the large gray containers on the main street from the apartment. - Do not leave personal items or rubbish bags on the landing for safety & hygiene reasons. - Please ensure you lock all doors & windows securely when leaving the apartment and turn off the AC. - FREE high speed internet. - For stays of 28 nights or more you agree to contribute towards utility bills 200 EUR per month, payable in advance on Check in. - As of April 2017, We as 'Hosts' are now required by the law of Barcelona (Ley Ciudadana) to take Passport details of all of our guests, this information will be delivered to the police within 24 Hours of your check in, its very much a familiar procedure, as you would do if checking into a hotel.
