Kissamos Luxury Villas are located in two beautiful villages of Kissamos prefecture and consist of two different villas, Villa Archontariki and Villa Aloni. Fotini's family were the owners of a traditional, 100 years old, two-storey house. The owners (Fotini and Giannis Xirouchakis) bought this house and 25 years ago they renovated it and transformed it into Villa Archontariki. Villa Archontariki is a harmoniously, vibrant mix of traditional luxury and high aesthetics. It is built on three levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, offering all modern amenities, located in the scenic Kalyviani Village, 1 km away from the beach. Villa Aloni combines the beauty of the Cretan landscape with contemporary architectural design and artfully decorated spaces. It consists of two levels and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is situated in the picturesque village of Agios Georgios, pretty close to the sea. The charming seaside town of Kastelli Kissamou (Kissamos) is located 42 km away from Chania.

Villa Aloni is a brand new 4-bedroom Villa with a sea view private pool, located in the small traditional village of Agios Georgios, 6 km from the town of Kissamos. The famous sandy beach of Falasarna is located 8 km away and the tropical style beach of Elafonisi 48 km away. The ground floor of the Villa has an open plan living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed, one separate room with a sofa bed which turns into a double bed, and a common luxury marble shower bathroom are provided. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each. The master bedroom with a double bed, an office area, a bathtub and an en-suite WC, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the big grassy courtyard with beautiful sea views. A lovely private swimming pool of 60 sqm with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a garden with fruit trees and herbs, and a barbecue corner are provided. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are offered. LCD 50” TV in the living room, LCD 32” TV in the 2 bedrooms, Satellite TV, CD player and DVD player are also provided. Daily breakfast service in Villa can be provided with an extra cost, while bottled water and fresh fruits are given complimentary upon arrival. Located in scenic Kalyviani Village, 800 m from the beach, Arhontariki is a traditional, self-catered villa with a private swimming pool and free Wi-Fi. It features furnished verandas overlooking Kissamos Bay. The fully air-conditioned Villa Arhontariki is furnished with antiques and features wooden ceilings and stone walls. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Each bedroom features en suite facilities. There is lots of seating space in the living room where guests can watch TV by the fireplace. A small gym and playroom with table tennis facilities are available. The swimming pool area is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lemon trees, palm trees and bougainvilleas. Free bicycles are offered to the guests. Kalyviani Village is lively and has cafés and taverns serving Cretan dishes. The Port of Kasteli is just 800 m away while the city of Chania is at 35 km.
